In partnership with the Institut d'études Avancées de Paris (IEA), the Bibliothèque nationale de France, France Musique, the Mairie de Paris & Le Conservatoire de Danse et de Musique de Paris. Launched in 2018
Production, planning, and implementation of online and offline communication strategies. Event assistant and team manager on d-day.
Communications content conception (newsletters, digital and audiovisual content, flyers, posters, press kit, press review, program, goodies, funding files) promotional prospecting (conservatories, libraries, media, city halls, partners, etc.) budgeting, partnership with IEA de Paris, France Musique on strategy content and social media planning
After the festival: audience satisfaction survey, post-festival analysis, festival export to Limoges conservatory for the new orchestra residency, renewal of next partnerships, digital media presence.
